Can I reset My Password?
To reset your password, you must first log in to NoteLocker. Then use the main menu to go to 'Settings' then 'Reset Password'.
On that screen, you must enter your existing password password to continue.
Once you enter your existing password, you will be taken to a screen where you with a box to enter your new password, a 2nd box to confirm your new password, and a 3rd box to enter a new password hint to help you remember your new password.
What if I forgot my password?
If you cannot remember your password, use the 'I forgot my password' link on the login screen to get a reminder.
If you still cannot remember your password, you must uninstall and the reinstall NoteLocker according to the directions provided by your device operating system.
• Please note this WILL result in data loss, and all of your existing notes will be lost.
